We hope you never have a claim, but if you do, we are here to help. Many of our companies have 24/7 claims reporting centers, and we encourage your use of these centers. It expedites the process. However, we also encourage you to call our office to alert us that a claim has occurred.
Our claims specialists will explain how the claim process works-eliminating frustrations that may arise-and to be able to respond more quickly if your claim presents unique issues requiring our intervention.

YOUR DUTIES AFTER A LOSS:
- Take pictures of all damaged areas to substantiate the claim before starting repairs.
- Protect the property from further damage. Make reasonable and necessary repairs to protect your property.
- Call your agent or company to report the loss. Emergency (24 hour) phone numbers are provided below.
- Make a list of all damaged personal property.
- Keep an accurate record of repair and additional living expenses. Additional living expenses include any necessary and reasonable increase in living expense you incur so that your household can maintain its normal standard of living.
